In order to apply to receive Christmas gifts for your children (ages 0-13 years old), all sections of this application must be completed thoroughly and in full and submitted no later than December 15,

2026.

All applications are subject to approval and are based on availability.

If your application is approved, you will receive an email containing. 

• Your family code

• Event details 

• A link to RSVP for the giveaway event 

You must have your family code in order to RSVP and attend.
